Is it true that after u stop working out .. you end up double ur original size?!
Question: iv just started working out .. daily, but someone told me that once u start .. u shouldnt stop or u'll end up being double ur size . is it true?

The advice you were given is not true at all. I've also heard people say if you life wieghts for a while and quit, the muscle will turn to fat. Not true! If you start working out and quit, you will be a little better in shape and are not prone to gaining more weight. Tell that person who told you that, they are full of it!

Well not always. When you overdo with the exercises(giving no or little rest to your muscles) you actually shrink. When you run 30 km(usually you shrink)
I go 40 min max in gym and take extra protein or drink protein shakes and that is when you gain in a muscle mass.
Also you have to push for your limits, if you just do for example 20 push-up while you can freely go 100 then that won't do.
