There are so many different diets that there is no real way to chose one as the "best" diet. If you truly want a diet that will fit your lifestyle talk to a nutritionist or your doctor. Eating disorders are NOT the answer. Personally just eating healthy and excersising should help you lose weight but if you need more help ask your doctor. Good luck!
