what is the best way to loose weight. also is it true that caffeine makes you lo!

Question: how can i be successful at being anorexic? everytime i try, i get hungry
Answers:
If you want to lose weight and keep it off, with no health risks, you need to eat right and exercise. Do not even try to become anorexic. I mean seriously, it is just not a good idea. You could end up killing yourself, or adding mental and emotional problems on top of anything else you're dealing with.

Eating right: Only eating when hungry, and having a good well rounded diet. Not just carbs and starches. Yes you will need vegetables and fruits. Don't try the no-carb diets either, because you need carbs, just not a huge amount of them.
Exercise: Cardio is the best for losing weight. Cardio, meaning walking, jogging, running, biking, swimming, etc. Strength training is good too, because it builds muscle. Strength training, meaning weight lifting, resistance bands, etc.

I really hope you don't opt for the easy way out, such as anorexia, because it is so dangerous. Do it the right way, and you will find much greater success.

Other Answers:
no, but something that contains alot of caffiene that helps is coffee drinks, it doesnt help you lose weight, but it takes up your hunger, so does gum, you just need an oral fixation, to reduce your eating
Caffeine actually prevents you from losing weight. It helps hold the calories in your body. If you are looking for a good weight loss beverage, try water. Also, for the love of God, don't starve yourself. It's just not worth it. Believe me, I've been there. You feel good for a while, but it's not the long term answer and you end up with a bunch of other medical problems. If you want to lose weight, you'll have to do the old stand by. Exercise and a good, balanced, sensible diet of fewer calories being taken in than are being expanded. Look into the website www.mypyramid.gov for tips on how to have a healthy diet. Best to you!
