How do you treat a strained wrist with possible torn ligaments?!

Question:
Answers:
RICE: R=rest, I=ice, C=compression, E=elevation. Basically, try not to move it, wrap it semi-tightly in an ace bandage, ice it for 15 min on, one hour off, and keep it elevated. See a doctor ASAP to make sure there is no serious damage or fractures.

you really should see a doctor about that. They can tell you what you need to have done and possibly send you to physical therapy which is wonderful. You should not try and treat yourself for something like this as it can have life long effects.
Take extra virgin olive oil. Put it in a separate container, like an old pickle jar(clean, of course) then add dried and powdered habenero chilis about 10 or 12 heaping tablespoons. Let it mix well then turn jar over and let it mix some more. Then turn it upright again and when everything is mixed put some on the area effected wearing surgeons plastic gloves and rub it in until it becomes tacky. Let it dry. This brings the blood to the surface and begins the healing process. It takes half the time drugs and/or stupid supposedly healing creams or gels do and it works. For more info go to herbdoc.com.

Go to the doctor but in the meantime, take painkillers and ice it down.
