Hun, you are skinny as they can be far from overwieghtness, and don't let anybody tell you less.
(No I am not a parent if I sound like one, I am a teen)
Now since you asked for some tips to make your body helthier and loose weight, I will tell you. (BUT YOU DONT NEED TO LOOSE WEIGHT)
1. Atleast exercise 30 minutes a day
2. Eat healthy foods
3. Never smoke
4. Drink lots of water and healthy jucies(ex. Apple juice, lemondae) instead of soft drinks.
5. Be happy
6. Limit a calorie rate for yourself for ex. only 2,000 calories a day or something like that.
