werid red bumps on arms and legs?!
Question: i have some weird red bumps on my arms and a few on my legs but nowhere else the are really red and noticeable but the dont itch the just wont go away either i lotion every day but it doesnt help is there anything i can do without paying much or it hurting

i also have it and have tried everything from expensive to cheap(cheaps better)
i tried dermacare(didn't help) what does is a salycic body wash like neutrogena(but it dried out my skin) so what works is gonna sound crazy to you.a 3% salycic acid shampoo/conditioner the acid for the bumps the conditioner so your skin wont dry out.denorex makes one,but it's kinda cold,so go look for the denorex and look on the side of it.usually theres some off cheaper brand that dont cool your skin as much,but denorex does work.and u have to use a loofah daily.chicken skin has little white looking type pimples on arms and thigh..some people get on face and butt.look on images under keratosis

Sometimes they can be bunches of ingrown hairs, I get those sometimes.
its probably some kind of allergic reaction. you could've developed an allergic reaction to something you were never allergic to. you should have a doctor examine it though cause we're not looking at it so we cant really diagnois you
