well im not aa, but they do sell bump stopper and i would stay away from the electric razors.
I have heard that rubbing on vasaline helps alot. I had a buddy in college that shaved his head all the time and thats what he would do when it bugged him, he said it helped alot.
Also i would suggest being extreamly clean when you get shaved, like wash immediatly before hand.
Tell your barber not to shave against the grain. A shower and then rubbing alcahol after a hair cut usualy works.
