Question: I have heard rumors that being on the Atkins Program is bad for the kidneys. The rumors I heard is that our kidneys needs alot of carbs. Do you think its true?

i think there's probably some truth in it, but every extremist method of losing weight has its risks.

carbs aren't bad for you, people! it's only when you over-indulge without compensating exercise that you develop problems. think i'm wrong? well, ask ASIA how that rice staple does for 'em! i've never heard any problems with obesity epidemics in asia.
