How can u lose big titties without surgery?!


Question: I'm only 15 and I wear a 36dd and there still growing and I really hate them

unfortunately there is not much u can do, u cannot target an area of your body for weight loss.
u could try exercising in general, this will tone your body and u will lose weight everywhere. the good news is that when u lose weight, your boobies are the 1st thing to go.
but be careful about lifting weights b/c u might start to suffer from what i call "square boob", its when u've pumped up yr chest muscles to the point where they get even bigger and more square due to the shape of the pectoral muscles. So lift no more than 10 lbs when ur doing chest exercise or biceps.
or just wait until u are done growing (when ur about 18) and then get a breast reduction, its safe and a very common procedure for people with your problem.
there is honestly not much else you can do, trust me, i've tried and gave up cuz i dont want surgery either. but exercise helped a little.
also, as you get older they might shrink, this is what happened to me, b/c when u r 15 you have a lot of hormonal changes going on in your body, but a few years later everything kind of evens out and u might lose some of what u've got now.
im 24 and when i was 16 i used to weight 100 lbs and had 32D boobs, and now im a 32C, so i dont know.just wait i guess and dont worry so much, im sure you look fine just the way you are, and later in life u'll be glad for what u've got.

Later on you just might appreciate them more. If they bother your back and neck the best thing to do is develop your abs. Yes, abs. Believe it or not, if you have really strong abs, and to go with them strong lower back muscles, don't worry, they develop at the same time when you exercise, your posture will improve and you won't have pain because you'll be able to support your breasts without any slouch. Also losing weight helps a lot. Enjoy the girls!

Lots of exercise. particularly weight lifting. Ever notice how female bodybuilders have no boobs? The lifting burns fat all over the body, including in your chest.
dont feel to bad my daughter is a 38 g the old you must in crease your bust excersises work to decrease also anuy cardio arobic excrese will help because breasts are fat and it will help get rid of fat and see a doctor for more advice if your thinking of binding like taking an aace bandage and wraping them in it dosnt work good luck flaim
