Mosquitos do not regurgitate a blood meal when biting a new host; fleas do.. So no blood is transmitted in the biting process..
Mosquitoes are carriers for a whole family of pathogens that causes diseases such as malaria, yellow fever, dengue. however it cannot transmit the HIV for 3 reasons:
1. It actually can digest the virus.
2. The amount of HIV that it actually takes up from an infected person is very minute.
3. the feeding mechanism is very complicated and not just a simple tube. Salivary secretion and feeding takes place in different mechanisms
It is not transmitted through the vectors.
