If you mean you don't want to have it permantely straightened then. Put some smoothing gel in your hair and then blow dry your hair with a vented flat brush. And then use a flat iron or regular curling iron on the ends if necessary. Rub a small amount of antifrizz gel on your hair and there ya go.

You can have it chemically straightened. It is like a perm in reverse. Don't try it at home though!
While you're blowdrying it, brush it with a round brush.
