I need to lose about 12 pounds by valentines day. I have a $200 budget, ANY sug!


Question: I need to fit a dress that I could easily wear 12 pounds ago.

Buy the South Beach Diet book. The groceries that you buy for this diet should be the only expensive thing on this diet. The first 2-3 days on this diet are h*** but if you can stick it out, you can lose 8-15 lbs in the first 2 weeks! I tried everything, Weight Watchers (which did help the first 68 lbs come off), dietary supplements, Atkins, you name it, I've probably tried it. Then my parents and I started the South Beach Diet last year around my birthday (boy was I bummed! I couldn't have cake). I tried it for a week and lost 5 lbs healthly. I stopped to a point. I didn't always take salads to work and stuff. I started up again around Christmas 2005 and lost another 5 lbs. So far I'm down 12-13 lbs and I'm loving it! It takes patience and true commitment on this diet but it's worth it!

Start running. It's free. And you can just do it until you aren't fat anymore.

Cut out your in between snacks, drink pleanty of water. excise. walking, biking, dancing which ever you like. eat fish, chicken and lots of veggies. if you fail one time just pick yourself up and keep going. If You really want to do it you will. Just put your mine to it. Good Luck

use the $200 to buy as much fast food, pizza, sweets, anything and everything bad for you.. then simply puke it all back up. then do a little exercising just to make sure you burn off anything that you didn't already throw up :) OR.. you could always just not eat for the next couple weeks.
eat only shreaded wheat for all 3 meals every day and you will probably loose more than 10 lbs. and shreaded wheat tastes really good :)
