quick loose weight is very harmful , maybe u loose ur hair or ur skin wrinkle.for avoiding of these , u should loose 8-10 kg in 2 months.
stop eating chips,chocolate,fried food,suger with ur coffee or tea and start eating vegtables,water,oil alive(to avoid wrinkle),fiber, VITAMINES(to avoid loosing hair and juiciness),low fat milk(to avoid loosing teeth and bones).
