What should i do if i weigh 423 lb. and im 5' 2'', seriosly. I need help, my lif!

Get one of those surgeries like gastric bypass. My friend did and she lost alot of weight quick.
My friend also had the stomache surgery. Contact a doctor in your area that specializes in that procedure. Good luck.

It sucks I know.I work with a bariatric surgeon..try to get yourself eating a little healthier and at least trying..even if it's not eating as many sweets one day or not having pop one day. Also, Write down EVERYTHING you eat EVERYDAY, you will be surprised!

. One of my solutions is to get ALL snacks out of the house. I don't have any sugar, candy, honey, jelly, or syrup in the house. I have "Splenda" no calorie sweetner for when I crave a sweetner. I drink no calorie soda diluted with four parts of water.
. Some carbohydrates such as white potatoes, white rice, white bread, pasta, and white flour digest real fast and supply your body with more food than it can use so your body makes fat out of them. I don't have any of these in the house. Also not in the house: bread, cake, sugar frosted cereal and hot cross buns.
. You can get all the carbohydrates you need out of vegtables. If you add low calorie vegtables such as chopped broccoli into every thing you cook you can feel like you have eaten enough while actually eating less.
. Dehydration can cause a feeling of hunger. If you feel hungry drink a glass of water. Then go do something else. Drink a glass of water two hours before lunch and dinner. The mighty stomach doesn't start feeling full until fifteen to twenty minutes after you eat a meal. Put half of what you've cooked in a plastic food container in the fridge and eat a smaller meal. Find something to do for fifteen minutes. You probably don't need the whole meal. A lot of eating problems have to do with habit. Read a book, clean the closet, or walk once around the block instead of snacking. Forget desert!
cut down carbohydrates(bread, sugar, fruit) and fat for a while. why? coz carbo will always be the preferred source of energy for your body. when you cut-off the carbo (and fat)intake, your system will start looking for the next best source of energy. and that will be the fat from your body. so it's time teach your body take burn back all the fat you have stored.
And do exercise. the best exercise is resistance training. it will turn your every muscle into an efficient fat burning machine. the best resistance training is squat. it works your largest muscle that is thigh. do 2 sets of 12 repetition everyday. arms parallel to floor. feet shoulder width apart. slowly lower down your body until your thighs are parallel to the floor. keep your back straight. quickly raise your body to original position. repeat.
My mom had gastric bypass. It ain't easy, but it works for this amount of weight. Healthy diet and regular exercise will come later. Get to a doctor.

Also, don't berate yourself. It's not your fault.
Go on a very serious diet. Go to a gym and work out there. Have someone put you on a weight loss program where you can do a lot of exercises there. Try to seek advice from as many people as possible. I wish you the best!

The best way to lose weight is to change all of your bad eating habits. Spend one day writing down everything, and i mean everything you eat, and also write down when you are eating and why you are eating..are you bored.watching tv, or really hungry, that type of thing and then take a good look at everything you are eating and how much you are eating at one sitting. Then get rid of all junk food and replaceit with healthier choices that are easy to eat when you are wanting to snack, such as carrots and celery or apples and oranges. Start eating 6 smaller meals a day instead of 3 large meals or 6 large meals a day. Drink a lot of water and cut out all sugared drinks.
