How can i get rid of the acne on my back?!
Question: i have had this acne for a while and i cannot get rid of it. i really want to get rid of it for a dance coming up. what is the fastest way to get rid of it for good?

Hey Mel, Sorry to hear of your acne issue.
I give a LOT of smart a$$ answers on this yahoo thing..but this is something I can HONESTLY relate to.
I had acne since 8th grade.it started small. But by high school I had developed "cystic acne" which is HUGE pimples..more like BOILS under the skin. Sad thing is..I didn't find this out until I was about 28 years old. Before then I would just "pop" my pimples and they left scars over time..trust me, the scars get WORSE as you get older!
Anyway, I eventually went to the doctor and started taking DOXICYCLIN (spelling?)
It worked for awhile, but after about 6 months, the pimples started to show up again..but worse!
So I went back to the Doctor.
We went to the last resort... (generic version) Amnesteme!
I can't remember the BRAND NAME, but Amnesteme is the GENERIC version and costs..brace yourself...$850 a MONTH!
If you don't have medical benefits through your job, then forget it, but if you DO, then you may be in luck. I only had to pay $20 a month for an Amnesteme prescription!
VERY VERY worth it!
There are serious side effects though, you CANNOT drink alcohol, and your skin gets VERY VERY dry, you have to apply lotion daily! I can't stress the lotion enough to your face and lips!
Anyway, research it. I ahven't had a NASTY pimple since taking the medication for about 5 months..i still get the occasional SMALL pimple..but the HUGE pimples are gone.
