What makes your triglyceriods(?) too high?!
Question: My blood test was not good
Answers:
triglycerides are what extra calories turn in to. some medications can also cause high triglycerides. when you are going to have your cholesterol checked it is a good idea not to eat before you get your blood drawn. a true "fasting" blood test is not eating 12 hours before the test. webmd.com may have more information for you.
