What exercises should I do to get stronger for breakdancing?!
Question: I just started learning and I love breakin' but I need to get stronger, advice please?

a lot of weights. i'm not saying get big but you need weights for your entire body. the best breakers have incredible muscle control. a full body work out is what you need. i can't name anything specific because they use everything from arms to legs to stomach muscles to keep them tight and in control of the move.
