surgery is probably the only safe way, losing that much weight that fast is probably not healthy. ask a doctor if you want to know for sure.
Try to eat only healthy foods, like fuits and veggies( NO cake)

Losing 15 pounds in 15 days has the potential to risk your health. It also depends if you're 140 pounds or 300 pounds- at 300, it's easier to lose that much and not so bad, whereas at 140, that could be harmful.
You simply have to burn that much energy. It'll take weight lifting, running, basketball, tennis, or any combination of the previous.

I'm assuming you don't want to cut your arm off- that'll probably lose 15 pounds, but it'll hurt ;)

That is a very bad idea healthwise on your body. Losing weight that quickly will hurt your body. Losing 2-3 pounds per week is healthy. If you try and lose weight that fast, you will certainly gain it all back and more as soon as you quit the "quick diet" that you go on to lose it. My advice: do not try to lose 15 pounds in 15 days, it is a very unhealthy idea.

Um. don't eat anything but like, one cracker a day, and one glass of water. Run run run run run run run run run! Work out, sweat. DO NOT EAT!

And if you can. make yourself throw up.

But if you have the money, surgery could work. but it may take a little more than 15 days for you to be completely healed. Plus um, it takes a while to get an appointment for something like that.
It isn't recommended to lose more than 2 lbs a week. Besides that to lose one pound of fat you need to burn 3500 more calories than you take in.
That is like so easy. I do it all the time.
1. try to eat as little carbs as possible
2. eat really healthy, like carrots and salads with fat+carb free dressing
3. exercise like you are crazy
walk a lot! and drink water. dont lay around and think of losing weight. do something. water is great. pop and other drinks will not help much.
No carbs.. No sugar.. I lost 27 pounds in 33 days about 8 years ago -- this was too much too fast! Overall, I went from 300 lbs to 206 in about 5 months, though I would not take it back for anything, but I would definetly do more muscle toning exercises. I walked at least one mile a day -- plus I was in marching band. I should have done arm exercises as well as sit ups. but I am working on that now. I have kept it off over the years but with 20 pounds fluxuating(?) ----- so overall I'm happy.. hope it works for you!

You will need to work out daily. If you don't currently work out don't start out too intensly. Your body will still need nutrients so begin taking supplements now. Your body need severgy to burn to work out so keep your food intake up but have protion control in mind. Make all of your carbohydrates complex (like whole grains) and minimize this food group. Drink a gallon of water a day throughout the day. You should be eating about 1000 callories a day if you weigh 160 or so. If you start to feel light headed or faint drink a gatorade.
Let me start out by saying, you can't do that in a healthy manner. On the other hand a lot of people carry a lot of weight impacted in their colon, that combined with the excess water weight that most people have can really add up to a lot. Perhaps a good ten or 15 pounds in itself. If you are an adult or if your parents don't mind, try a colonic, and stay away from salty foods, perhaps even taking something like Diurex.

NO FOOD = less weight, besides once this gets into your system you will be able to run around the world in 1 matter of seconds... try it , ooooppppsss! forgot to just say NO !
definitely unhealthy, but don't eat, drink lots of water, and when you get light headed drink pedialyte to keep your electrolytes up so hopefully you don't faint, you do know that this will mess up your metabolism tho, right?
You can try to burn calories by excercising, but its impossible to lose a pound per day.
