no.not unless you want to eat something like a cup of oil that makes you puke for a few hours or have the runs. Wanna lose weight? Eat less energy than you are expending. That's it. Period. It is physically impossible to maintain your weight if you are burning off more than you take in..that would imply that you are a perpetual motion machine.ie- its impossible. Forget slow metabolism excuses, forget protein diets, carb diets, etc. Just eat slightly less energy than you expend, and you will lose weight.
