Hopefully you mean muscle cramps? If it's a menstruation problem I can't help.

Muscle cramps can be wiped-out by regular stretching, making sure you're well hydrated, and taking a multi-vitamin daily.

However, if you're in your teens and growing fast, there's nothing you can do about it. It's just something that happens to all of us.

Try drinking more water. Avoid sodas.
Does your computer have a good antivirus program? Try to get one if you don't. Also what you could do is not go to certain websites that are unsafe and give out viruses aplenty. Also if you are thinking about a new computer Macintosh/Apple computers are good.
If your talking about menstrual pain, Motrin works really well. If your talking about during sports, stretch first!
First, I am assuming you cramp during exercise.not just cramp from walking down the street or something.
I would make sure you are getting enough sodium in your diet.if you use a sports drink like Gatorade, try adding just a bit of salt to it. Not enough to taste, but just a pinch. Some studies show magnesium to be a culprit in cramping.or pottasium.but the studies are inconclusive. I am a very active triathlete..for me, it has ALWAYS come down to sodium or water when it comes to cramping. Make sure you are hydrated and that you have had enough sodium. Increase both frequency and intensity of your exercise SLOWLY.and you should be fine.
Potassium.eat a banana everyday. It helps with cramps during exercise and muscle soreness.
Stretch daily and keep hydrated.
You can help cramps by eating more bananas, they are high in potassium, and helped me even when I was pregnant.
