How do you get rid of water weight quickly?!


Question: I've been eating a lot of salt lately, and I'm bloated. How can I fix this?

If you want to get rid of water, sweat. Go to the local gym and run on a treadmill as long as you can stand it. After that, sit in the sauna. And don't eat so much salt.

Do not take in any salt . you'll start to loose the weight quickly . And start eating well balanced meals. Without barely any carbs. this will also help you to loose the weight .And start a dailey exercising program . only do each exercise insets of 20 . you only need to exercise each one for 10 min. ,then start a new one . but remember to only exercise for 30 min. everyday .I you do more than that you will build muscle and tone. By the way muscle weighs more than fat , so you want to tone not build muscle right now okay.

Take in a lot of caffine or anything that dehydrates you. they also make supplements for dehydrating which can be found at you're local drug store.
