I've found that excercise is what works best for me. Walking or Jumping Jacks works wonders! Also Laughter...get a funny movie and laugh till you cry..it works too!

Stress management is an important skill. Plenty of sleep, a healthy diet, good sex on a regular basis and going out and having fun once in a while all help.
some say exercise but that always made me irritable and angry myself. i suggest a hot shower, relaxing music, reading a good book, or just giving yourself time each day to just lay there and reflect on what's going on in your life from a distance. you'll often find that by reflecting on what you did without worry about changing it or what you will do gives you a better prespective on situations and actually makes things easier in life.
Walking is know to be very good for stress problems.Also meditation and yoga. I find taking a hot bath with some bath beads and lite some candle and soft mood music helpos me.Calgon take me away!Also sex relaxes me and that relives stress for me.
Honestly, THC does well. It relieves any stress you may be feeling. By the way good music helps alot too.
