An example, my daughter needed an expensive antibiotic, two others had not cleared her infection and she has no insurance. The pharmacist told her about the program for this medication then called the Dr who wrote the RX in a special format which was mailed into the drug manufacture. My daughter only paid for the gas to run back to the Dr office to pick up the second RX. Worked great.
