I have chronic sinunitis. It never goes away. My nose gives me problems and I use Ocean. It helps me a lot. Most drug stores carry it. (on the west coast) I also take Aleve sinus and headache caplets. 1 caplet will last 12 hours and do really well for me.

Have you tried aromatherapy? A good steam inhalation for your sinus is 4 cups of hot water, 1 drop of Eucalyptus essential oil, 1 drop of Tea Tree essential oil, 1 drop of Pine essential oil, a ceramic or glass bowl (one you don't use for cooking) and a towel. Put your water and essent oils in the bowl, towel over your head and breathe in. If you haven't had any experence with essential oils, read about them before you use them. This should help with the sinus infection.
