Hangover feeling after working out.?!

Question: I've been working out 3 times a week for a while now (approx 3 months) but the next morning I feel like I've got a huge hangover - tired, headachy and generally unwell. I drink lots of water before during and after and stretch every time and I'm just wondering if this horrible morning after feeling will disappear in time? I am so keen to get fit but have trouble at work the next day being so tired. Could it be a medical issue (I am tired a LOT!) or just my body getting used to it? Thanks in advance.
Answers:
Try mixing half gatorade half water.
The water is helpful in keeping you hydrated, but your depleted of other needed things which gatorade can replace, electrolytes and such.
And I suggest the mixture of water and gatorade because I know for me personally and for many others straight gatorade While working out can lead to a very upset stomach.

Well it could be lactic acid. But it even sounds like it could be migraines. Talk to your doctor. Make sure nothing else is going on.
i hear that exercise can release the same kind of chemicals in the brain as alot of other feelings.(like a high feeling) which is classed as a natural high.i guess as these chemicals are like a natural high there must be a natural come down to. though it might be wise to check with your doctor or a local drop in clinic just to ask.maybe you could email the nhs online doctors just to be safe.i dont think it is anything really bad just your body hates you trying to make it healty
Gatorade
