I drink ensure, the type to help gain or maintain a healthy weight. i drink 2 a day and i've gained a couple poinds, not much but its something. my docotr is also doing some tests to see if i have a thyroid problem and if i do he said he can prescribe some pills.
eat kebabs and pizza's every night for a few days or anything thats fatty, (but dont do it every night give ur self a few nights break from it to, over time u will notice the difference).. put it this way, it worked for me
