Cuz they think it's "cool". Two words: "peer" "pressure"
Obviously, they think its the "cool" thing now. They would actually listen to their friends when they are told to smoke marijuanna. Plus, probably to them, "everyone is doing it" (their friends, relatives.). I dont see the point in it. They are hurting their health and losing their respect from everyone and themselves.
parents used too
they want to feel like rebels
they wanto fit in (friends do it)
its illegal, who doesn't want to be "bad to the bone"
people don't want to suceed
they want to be losers
they want to be worthless
