Exersise! Eat less. Eat healthier. These new fad pills and diets work and some don't. But try walking a few blocks of course with your doctor's ok. Never do anyting your doc says no to! Some use prescriptions for weight loss drugs and some use OTC. I recommend the old fashioned way.. and lose slowly. The weight you have lost will not be gained back plus ten fold!
