if your teeth are yellow, can you make them white by brushing regulary?!

Question: And how long should you brush and how should you brush?
Answers:
Use Crest Whitestrips! I have been using them yearly since they came out a few years ago. They have turned my teeth from almost the worst color yellow they can get (due to very bad dental hygene when I was younger) to the bright white like most models on the commercials.and they are only $20.that is sooo cheap for waht they can do for someones confidence! I have been getting compliments ever since I had gone through just half of a box!...oh and if u do buy them make sure you buy the original ones in the cheap box.all of the other kinds Crest has out do the exact same thing (not one is better than the other!) the reason I say to buy the original ones is because they are the cheapest!

ya and go to the dentist regularly about 4 minutes and in small circular motions
Eventualy yes but it will take time and you would have to get good toothpaste that would get the job done!
well if it is possible.dont count on it comin next week or something. why dont u go to ur dentist and have them do it for you. or get some white strips if u dont wanna spend $ at the dentist.
its a good idea to get a stain remover toothpaste or tooth powder, when brushing your teeth you should never rub them too hard as it can cause gum problems in later life,
you should also brush them twice a day. in between brushing buy a whitening gum,it takes the plaque off your teeth during the day
hope i helped and good luck =)
Usually, it is not possible to whitten yellow teeth which is naturaly so, by brushing regularly.
Whitening toothpaste might help. It will just be a normal toothpaste but will say "with whitening" or something like that. If any of the ingredients end in "oxide" it probably means there's a mild bleaching agent in there so you're good to go. Of course they only help to remove surface stains, or prevent new ones from taking hold. You should probably brush at least 10 times back and forth on each row of teeth (you know, top front teeth, top left side, top right side, bottom front, etc.).

For significant whitening results, I would recommend whitening strips, like Crest Whitestrips. They are with the dental stuff in the store but are in cardboard boxes that are about 3/4 foot wide. You apply the strips to the teeth and leave 'em on for a while, then you take them off and usually you see some improvement after just one application, but usually one wants more whitening than that.

I'm skeptical about the whitening gums because for any whitening product to give significant improvement, it needs to be in constant contact with the tooth for a while (like 15-30 mins per application for the white strips).

I'd recommend white strips for significant whitening and whitening toothpaste to ward off future stains for as long as possible. It's also advisable to avoid coffee, red wine, and tea if possible because those can stain teeth too (but not TOO much if you don't drink 6 cups a day or something). Smoking's the worst thing for teeth as far as making them look yellow. Stop smoking if you do because any whitening products would be two steps forward, and then two steps back if you continue to smoke.

I find personally that flossing and using a flouride rinse (like ACT) helps to make teeth shinier because you have less plaque and tartar, and shiny teeth look whiter because the shine off the teeth is usually white or at least a brighter color than they are usually.

Hope this helps! :)
