That depends. I mean, I'm assuming you're fasting all, or some type of, food. But it could also be something like TV. If it's food, drink ALOT of water and stay busy busy. Also, if you're fasting for religious reasons, remember that God doesn't expect you to fast to the point that you faint, fart, and fall out. So be smart about it. If you get weak and light headed it's OK to have a little something.
