how to unclog your ears?!

Question:
Answers:
There are several over the counter remedies, one by Murine and one called Debrox. There are also generic equivalents. Peroxide can also work. The problem with all of these is that they are water based, not oil based. Since wax is also oil based, using warm oil can sometimes be more effective.

If ear wax is a chronic, reoccurring problem, try using a few drops of oil daily to prevent buildup (any oil will work, most people use mineral oil or sweet oil).

If the wax is impacted, the only good way to remove it is to have your doctor remove it either by flushing with warm water or with a "cerumen scoop" (ear-wax picker).

If your problem is wax deposits murine has a product. Drops and a sqeeze bulb. You can get it in a drug store without a perscription. Just ask there.

You can either go the ear doctor and get it done or use warm castor oil.
I drip some warmed peroxide into each ear.Let bubble then turn ear over to drain.Clean excess fluid away with a clean cotton ball.Do not use q-tips you'll just push the wax further back into the ear canal.Repeat the process until ear is clean of wax build up.
