There is no need to buy any equipment to do these exercises UNLESS it makes them easier for you . follow the common advice to be found among a lot of the sites listed by google below:

there is some common ground between exercises to control bladder function and vaginal tightness

this is good, from:

When a woman gives birth her vagina, which is also the birth canal, stretches to accommodate a baby's head and shoulders. Normally, after several weeks or months, her body regains its form, inside and out. For some women, that requires doing pelvic floor exercises, which strengthen and contract the PC, or pubococcyceal, muscles. These are the ‘love muscles’ which can help pump your vagina back into shape.

I suggest you first discuss this carefully with your GP. I am not an expert on gynaecological surgery and there may be surgical procedures that can tighten this area of your musculature.

In the meantime, start doing pelvic floor exercises every day. Here’s how: Firstly, to help you find these muscles, sit on the toilet and take a pee, stopping mid-flow. The muscles you use to do this are the PC muscles. Now, without peeing, squeeze these muscles tightly for about two seconds, then release for two seconds. Repeat this 20 times, take a break for about a minute, then repeat the process twice. That adds up to 60 repetitions a day and you should start to see results within about three weeks.

Once you have located the muscles simply tighten and relax the mucsle over and over, about 200 times a day. These are basic kegels. There are many variations on kegels: elevator kegels (Where you tighten slowly, in increments going in and out, like an elevator stopping on several floors.), you can hold the muscle tightened for five seconds, you can bulge the muscles out at the end, and many other variations.
As in vaginal walls? There are exercises for that.
don't have anything in it for 2 weeks.
Fill any cracks with plaster and cover with a good indoor/outdoor paint. At least 3 coats.
Kegals. To do them, contract your PC muscles like you would if you were trying to stop peeing. Hold it for five seconds and then release. Do as many as you can. The nice thing is that you can sit and do them all day long and no one will ever know.
Trampoline on a full bladder, while reciting the mantra 'tighten baby tighten'
Yes, kegels are what they are called. You do these the same way you would stop urinating. Just a simple pulling in motion. Just do those anywhere and anytime and you should notice a difference. Also, try doing it while having sex, your partner will love it.
Well...This might sound weird, but if I understand your question as others have..

I had a girlfreind once that had two boys, she started using preparation H. It shrinks tissue, and I can vouch for the fact it worked for her. But you had better ask your gyno before doing such a thing first. I wouldn't try it if I were a female.
Kegel exercises help. For info see
