I want to lose a TON of weight very quickely. Do you have any suggestions?!

Question: Be specific
Answers:
I recommend a calorie control diet (such as weight watchers) combined with regular exercise (even just walking 30-60 minutes every day). even still, anything where you are losing more than 2 lbs per week is either likely to be unhealthy, or won't keep up to add up to the weight loss you want. there is no magic, but if you pick a good plan from the beginning you will see success faster than wasting time on fad diets.

Other Answers:
stop eating fatasss
Eat diet food and exercise a lot at morning.
Eat all you want. Then throw it up. Thats how I did it.20lbs in less than a month.
go do charity work in a third world country. my wife went, and in one week went from 131 lbs and a size 6 to 113 and a size 4.
Jenny Craig
take one apple ..one glass milk ..5o gm carb..
and green gram 100 gm three times . in day .
Water. After you get finish drinking. Then drink some more Water.
For every 3500 calories you short your system you will drop a pound (give or take).

You can exercise to achieve this or you can diet and of course you can try a combination of both.

The Bowflex diet works well and you do not need a Bowflex. It calls for a low calorie diet with plenty of water and some exercise.

60% Carbs/ 20% fats/ 20% protein diet as follows:

Men: 1500 calories a day for two weeks, then reduce to 1400 for two weeks and 1300 for the last two weeks (six week plan) Women would consume 300 less calories a day for all weeks.

Breakfast 300 calories, lunch 300 calories and dinner 600 calories. The rest is snacks and thats what you cut out, one 100 calorie snack for each level.

Then you exercise 20-30 minutes a day three times a week (for strength training) or every day to lose more (like a bike or jogging etc).

Takes a while to get use to low calories but you should drop weight like mad, like the atkins plan but you feel a ton better eating carbs.

I lose 5 inches off my gut and 29 pounds in 7 weeks! Was not easy but for the results I cant complain.

Look up the bowflex diet as it spells out exactly what to eat and its easy to follow.

I ate a bit more and exercised a bit more then 1 hour a week though. I also took a one a day vitamin (centrum).

After you get your weight where you want it you can increase by 500-1000 calories a day easy.

It takes some work but this is the right way to lose weight. Hope this helps.

If you stay on the plan more then six weeks make sure to start over. Then repeat as needed. You can lose 7-10 pounds a month if you stay at it. That might seem slow but thats 120 pounds a year!
the South Beach Diet is wonderful, I lost 11 pounds in the first two weeks. Exercise along with it and you'll do great, good luck.
Drinking alot of water will help with the cravings. Usually when you think your hungry, your actually thirsty.
Eat just corn flakes. That's how I lost weight. It has almost everything you need.
Also exercise. Either way you look at it. Your not getting out of exercise. Besides, you lose wieght and gain muscle.
its not heathly like real diets but yo can drink 2 red bulls everyday until you see improvement or until you want to stop. Red bull is a energy drink, so obviously it gives you energy, food also gives you energy, so if the red bull gives you the energy your body wont think it needs to eat because it already has the energy. you'll stop eating for about 3 days, drop about 20 lbs and eat like once and then stop eating for 3 days..ect.i went from 140 to 100 it about a month
Cut out all carbs for a few weeks. No bread, potatoes, corn, rice, cereal, pasta, fruit, tomatoes, beans (except green beans) and peas. Lots of meat and green vegs. Drink 8 glasses of water a day. Walk every day.
