does anyone else start to swell when they drink water?!

Question: i dont drink alot of water all the time, and then when i start i notice that my hands and feet swell up.

When I eat a lot of salt and then drink water.. then I notice that I retain water and my hands and feet swell up. I think it is the salt that holds the water in my body.
