HOW DO I STOP diarrhea--****?!

Question: every morning i wake up i hate diarrhea and how do i get rid of it! PLEASE HELP!
Answers:
If you have it every morning, you need to see a doctor. This is not normal. You have a health problem that needs attention. If it's just been a couple of days, you could try simple, bland foods like toast, rice, tea to give your digestive system a rest. I would definitely give milk a break, that usually makes diarrhea worse.

Try the B.R.A.T diet.It's Bananas,white rice,apple juice,&dry toast.This is what I feed my kids when it happens .
Take a dose of Peptobismol when going to bed at night. and go to a doctor!
drink lots of fluids and try taking a pill to help speed up the process.drink gatorade or anything you can drink that has no sugar.
Take medicine.
If you want home remedie you can take lots of curd, Isabgol, and khicri - an indian dish made of rice and lentil(moong Daal) with curd. and take banana. It will ok if few days
Just let it rip all over the bed.
Nutrient replacement also plays a role in preventing
and treating diarrhea. Zinc especially appears to have an
effect on the immune system, and deficiency of this mineral
can lead to chronic diarrhea. Also, zinc replacement
improves growth in young patients.
Dietary supplements that are generally beneficial in
the treatment of digestive disorders include:
• vitamin C: 50-500 mg daily
• vitamin B6: 50-150 mg daily
• magnesium aspartate: 400 mg daily
• vitamin E: 400 IU daily
• glutamine: 3,000 mg daily
• garlic, deodorized: 2,000 mg daily
• deghycirrhizinated licorice: chew as needed
