What can be considered as sexual harassment?!
Question: I feel really upset over something and keep crying. It's upset me all day and I want to know what I can do. If someone knows about a problem in regard to your private area, and makes it public in an insulting manner, is that sexual harassment? If not, what is it? I am devasted. I don't know why it has upset me so much

Cerainly it is! It is very embarassing and shameful to be insulted or announced in a public. that is not good. It doesn't only harass your physical condition but also mentally disturbing.

Yes, that can be harassment. Anytime anyone talks about your body, anything suggestive and/or touches you in a manner that causes you to feel uncomfortable it can be harassment. However, you must tell the person that you feel uncomfortable about their words or actions. If the person doesn't get the message then you need to involve another person; preferably your supervisor or manager. If you are at school you would talk to your teacher.
Don't know if that is sexual harrassment, but my guess is yes, the person should be fired or at least suspended if you talk to your manager

It is probably not sexual harassment. Sexual harassment is fairly specific; this simply appears to be vicious gossip.
Unless the person who made the comment is your superior in the workplace, you probably have no grounds for a formal complaint.
