I have dry eyes. Visine doesn't always help. What to do?!

There is a product named Real Tears or Natural Tears - not sure which - but that is the one that my Opthamologist recommended. She also said to blink frequently - a lot of working on computer can cause that dry eye syndrome. Make sure to look away from the screen and close your eyes to rest them at least every 30 mins. Blinking can also help. If it is really bothersome, please see an eye doctor to rule out any medical condition which might cause this problem. Good luck.

I gurantee you this will work, I suffered from dry eyes BAD! My eye dr. told me to scrub eyes with Johnsons baby shampoo, EVERYDAY. this keeps the tear ducts open. It works. I have been doing this for years now and have not had dry eyes anymore. Just make it part of your daily shower routine.
There are numerous over the counter products for dry eyes, try systane, it works for me. I don"t know about the shampoo, in your eyes? Never heard of it.
