Here is an easy solution: You can do a Pilates workout. Look it up online, or get an inexpensive ($9 max.) DVD or VHS from a bookstore. It is light on the joints, but great to lose a lot of weight or just 10lbs! It really tones the muscles without giving you an awkward look. I got great results in as little as two weeks! Drink plenty of water!
