Does taking cymbalta run a higher risk of suicidal tendencies than other anti-de!

Question:
Answers:
Nope. If you have suicidal thoughts while on any antidepressant, you need to talk to your therapist about it. Likewise, you need to take any anti-depressant faithfully, every day. And no matter what, don't just stop taking it. During a bad depressed spell (while I was actually on Cymbalta), I stopped taking it for a few days and almost had to go to the hospital because I started harming myself and threatening to commit suicide. Be careful with it and use your therapist. That is what they are there for. Best of luck.

Not sure, but my doctor tried to give me this.I didn't notice any change at all. I take Paxil right now and the only difference I have noticed is in my sex drive....it is non-existent, that and I have slowly gained about ten pounds....so be careful.
No. Suicidal tendancies are caused by depression, not the drugs used to treat it. Taking insulin does not increase the risk of diabeties, even though most people who have taken insulin now have diabeties.
