I tried Lacrimal eye plugs. They work. You can try to get a trial pair from your opthalmologist.

My opthalmologist also suggested that I take evening primrose oil, omega-3 and flaxseed oil capsules everyday to moisturize my eyes.

please refer to:WEBMD.COM. i had this problem long ago. i think it has to do with the enviroment like: pollution or allergies(pollen), hot, humid days with very dry humidity levels too try visine tears. it can help relieve your problem
