Answers:
Antibiotics typically give me yeast infections. It sounds like you've got one now. Go to the drugstore and get some over the counter medication, like Monistat 1 or three day (little cream bottles come in the package that will alleviate the itch while the product takes it's three days to work). Next time you are prescribed antibiotics, eat alot of yogurt with "live cultures" (need to read the label closely) in it. This will help with your diarrhea AND help prevent a yeast infection. If this suggestion doesn't work go back to your doctor. But I betchya it works.

It really sounds like a yeast infection. You can get over the counter meds for that. Typically you get yeast infections after using antibiotics.

If the over the counter meds do not help pretty quickly I would go see my doctor.
It's definitely a yeast infection. Very commonly women (and men too) develop yeast infections while on antibiotics. I automatically have my doctor write me a prescription for Diflucan (an anti-fungal commonly prescribed for yeast infections) every time I have to go on an antibiotic, because I know I will need it. Ask your doctor about taking Diflucan. It is a single pill and it will clear up the infection in a day or so. In the mean time, you can try over the counter anti-fungals for symptomatic relief.
Yes, you now have a yeast infection, most likely. Although there are OTC medicines I'd suggest you go back to the doctor. I've never heard of a yeast infection affecting the anus. At the very least, you should call your doctor.
