dont take alot of baths. Baths can wash away the good bacteria in your vagina area. I had few of them before i got pregnant. Also, sleep without underwear and eating yogurt helps prevent them in the future because of the active cultures in the yogurt

Use Yogurt with active cultures instead of doushe. It won't mess up you Ph or beneficial bacteria. I swear! My fiancee told me about it and I was blown away. She swears by it. Look it up.
