what i have found is that when i'm on the bottom. it doesn't do so much for me. but when i am on top i just move around enough till i find a good spot and just GO. my fiance likes it too, because, when I'm having a good time it makes his much better. if he's on top and i'm just sitting there on the bottom it doesn't do any good for either of us.
