you can get washes that will help get some of the junk out of your skin. there are dozens of different names, jsut go to a pharmacy and ask for help. otherwise, use a steroid cream like hydrocortisone

first bathe in aveno oatmeal bath then use calamine lotion on the spots where you have it. but I think you need some oral medication like a medrol pack to help in the healing process, sorry but I think this is a need for a md intervention.
