how can i reduce my stomach?!

Question: i am 76 kg and have a height of 5'9
Answers:
by doing crunches and reducing your intake of junk food and alcohol.

Other Answers:
Drink lots of water and eat more fiber, fiber fills your stomach you fell more full so you eat less.
That should help.
Burn more calories then you put in.

More exercise and healtier foods does the trick. It takes a long time to see results so don't give up.

Each pound you want to lose has 3500 calories and you could burn about 350 more calories a day then you put in your body with exercise and sports. That means you will lose 1 pound every 10 days.
-Try doing 10-20 situps and 100 starjumps daily. Eventually, this will strengthen and stretch your belly muscles. Also, include a 30 min exercise routine 4 times per week.

-Drink heaps and heaps of water, and food high in water content (fruits). This will clear your stomach from excess food stuck there.

-Try to avoid junk food or processed food. Have raw stuff. I mean, don't totally deprive yourself from junk food, but have less of it. Raw stuff is the best form of energy, and is the easiest to digest.
Try this it really works! http://www.mym2c.com/?inchesoff
hmm.. you are pretty tall but pretty heavy too. eat oats and high fibered food. get away from meat and carbs. :) exercise and eat healthy.
i seriously dont know,
but i know its not easy
and Iknow that when it comes to situps I am FAITHLESS
Abs need the most variance. Do crunches holding a weight over your head, incline crunces, crunches on a ball, basically almost anything you can think of. I am 5'3" 120 lbs and I do about 50 different types of crunches in the morning, and 130 at night, and its still not enough! You have to step up your aerobics plus the crunches if you want lean mean abs.
