How come I See Only Fat People Drinking "Diet" Soft Drinks?!
Question: I see skinny people drinking regular colas and beer and I see fat people drinking "Diet" sodas. What is the deal? Shouldn't it be the opposite observation?

No, fat people have fat genes so they need to cut calories where ever they can. Skinny people can eat Delaware for lunch and not get fat.
if you only see fat people drinking diet sodas, you have a psychological problem with weight. lots and lots of regular to skinny people drink diet sodas but you only see the fat ones. i think you need to work through this with a therapist
The "diet" sodas are better suited for people who desire to put their weight on check. Though it does not reduce the weight so drastically,it will help those soda lovers to drink their favorite drinks and also to make sure that they do not gain unnecessary calories or Trans-fat from it.
Observe : if you can see the nutrition facts of diet sodas,you will find there is no calories, no trans fat or vitamins.so it is just a drink that is not gonna be much use to you..But there will be a little of sodium.but that could always be excused.
it is a way for the society to pressure us to be thin and the images we are bombarded with make us think that is what we need to do to look like what is portrayed in the advertising.
(I have never seen an overweight Cindy Crawford, or the likes of, sipping on a diet soda.)
