there really isnt a "fast" way. just go p to walmart and get some fase wash, and wash your face EVERY day. u can do it in the shower or whatever. it might take a while to clear up but it will stay gone for the most part as long as u keep washing your face. u can also put peroxide on them, it dries them out and they go away.
acording to tv ads "Proactiv" is the product to use. not sure if it works but the celebrities on there say it does!
Try toothpaste. It sucks the moisture out of that area of the skin. Don't over-paste one area, though. It would leave a permanent blemish.
my doctor perscribed me this CLINDAMYCIN PHOSPHATE TOPICAL SOLUTION,USP. it works great. put it on whereever your pimples are & about 3 weeks l8er your face or whereever it is will start to look clearer. i would take before and after pictures just to see if it's working if not ask your doctor for something stronger.
