What are these twitches in my legs I feel after exercise? Is it bad?!

It's a build up of lactic acid. They are usually normal. The lactic acid is what breaks down the muscle so it can rebuild (bigger). When you get too much thought it can twitch, cramp, or cause burning.

she is right but she could be wrong you could have a slight trapped nerve ive had it
if its a small twitch after you work out and stops once you cool down (no longer than an hour after you stop excersizing) its perfectly normal.
