It all depends on your age, health, fitness level, etc.Better check with a doctor.
Depends on your luck, Jim Fix would be here now if he'd stayed in bed for the last 20 years.
Once you approach 60 minutes of cardio your body will begin to seek out proteins for energy which usually means targeting muscle and that would not be good. So if you are obsessed with cardio then do two 45 to 60 minute sessions and eat after each of them. It is also extremely important to have the proper amount of carbohydrates in your system when performing high intensity cardio.

If you are running that far because you are in training for marathons then be sure you are getting a good amount of calories with plenty of complex carbs and augment your diet with plenty of Whey protein, Glutamine and by God, be sure to keep your sodium level up because I am sure you are drinking tons of water during your runs. Lots of water is great but when doing intense cardio for long periods of time with a lack of sodium you could end up suffering from a very common form of exercise-associated hyponatremia of which the complications associated with drinking too much fluid are dire and have caused death. Exercise-associated hyponatremia occurs when sodium levels in the blood drop below normal levels, or about 135 mmol/liter, in most cases. The condition is most commonly associated with physical activity lasting more than four hours. Many early signs and symptoms of the condition are similar to those for dehydration, and include nausea, vomiting, headache and bloating. As hyponatremia progresses, signs can include altered mental status, such as confusion and disorientation, seizures, respiratory distress, coma and even death.

So just be carefull.
