I am 5'2 and I weigh 113 lbs, what is the best way to get a tight body?!
Question: I know I'm not fat but I had a baby 7 months ago. My thighs rub together which I have never experienced before. I was on bedrest for the last 2 months of my pregnancy so I lost all of my muscles. I work out at curves and do crunches and I am still dealing with this problem. I eat pretty healthy so should I try diet pills or what, I am so frustrated.
Answers:
It takes a while after having a baby to trim back down, I agree that a little weight training 3 days a week will help, try lower weights and more repetition for toning so you don't bulk up. Don't forget to stretch and keep yourself well hydrated. Don't skip meals ( easy for me to say I am not caring for a 7 month old baby ) skipping meals makes your metabolism slow down. Once my twins started walking though I lost 30 lbs real quick.

Working out is your best bet. Do weight training at least 3 days a week. Also so cardiovascular exercise such as running, swimming, walking. At 5'2" and 113 pounds, you're doing great! Especially after having a baby. I wouldn't obsess over it, I'm sure the baby is keeping you busy enough.
You don't need pills. Try doing lots of reps with small amounts of weight (like 3-10 pounds) on your arms and legs. That will tighten your muscles without making you bulky. Also try using weights when doing stomach crunches/sit-ups. I've never worked out at Curves, but I know that most places should have a machine that gives you resistance while doing stomach crunches/sit-ups. That should help.
Give it time.
If it doesn't help, don't worry too much. You're a healthy weight, and post-baby curves on slender women are beautiful.
Firsty, you should not consider any dieting products. Secondly, drink more water (at least 4-5 glasses a day), reduce the salt and multiply the greens you eat; water and greens will reduce the size of your belly pretty soon if you cut down salty foods, as well. Thirdly, you should remember that you will need at least a year to come back to your previous shape. Finally, consider working all the muscles of your body, especially your back's; try stretching (like a cat!) every time you wake up, after exercising and before going to sleep; try walking, going long walks with your baby and jogging.
